This dessert is sweet, rich, and did I mention sweet? Fudge is a great recipe to master because it's a perfect dessert for lots of occasions: it makes a great addition to a holiday dessert platter, it's perfect for a bake sale, and it's a great portable dessert for a picnic, too. Fudge can be difficult to make because it must be heated to a specific temperature for it to set properly. However, our recipe gives you a little shortcut that makes fudge making so much easier. In this video, http://www.WatchMojo.com shows you an easy recipe for Creamy Chocolate Fudge with nuts.

1. Start by lining an 8-inch square pan with aluminum foil, and set it aside. Try to keep it as smooth as possible. 2. Now, in a large saucepan mix together the marshmallow cream, sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt. 3. Place it on the stovetop at medium heat and bring the mixture to a boil. 4. Once it’s boiling, cook it for another five minutes, and continue stirring. 5. When the time’s up, remove it from the heat and add all the chocolate chips: then, stir it until it’s smooth. TIP: If you find the mixture grainy and not smooth, feel free to place it back on the heat until it reaches the desired creamy texture. 6. When it is smooth, add the nuts and vanilla and mix until they’re incorporated. 7. Pour your fudge into your foil-lined pan, and then chill it in the fridge for about two hours.
When your fudge has set, cut it up into one-inch squares. Enjoy!
