Olympic-Inspired Cocktails

BRONZE
Bronze Breeze
1 ½ parts (45ml) Bombay Sapphire
4 mint leaves
½ oz (15 ml) raspberry syrup
1/3 part (10 ml) fresh lemon juice
2 parts (60 ml) Sparkling apple cider
Method: Shake and fine strain into a chilled glass
Glass: Coupe
Garnish: Mint leaf
SILVER
Celebration Cup
2 parts (60 ml) Bombay Sapphire
Half of a fresh orange
1 part/ 1 ounce Lemongrass syrup
3-4 sage leaves
2/3 parts (20 ml) fresh lemon juice
2 parts (60 ml) Prosecco
Method: Muddle orange and syrup, add other ingredients, (except Prosecco), add gin and shake well with ice. Strain over ice into a wine glass. Add Prosecco.
Glass: Wine glass
Ice: Cubed
Garnish: lemon wheel and sage sprig
GOLD
Corpse Reviver #2
1 part (30 ml) Bombay Sapphire
1 part (30 ml) Fresh lemon juice
1 part (30 ml) Lillet Blanc
1 part (30 ml) Cointreau (triple sec)
4 drops Absinthe
Method: Shake with ice and fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Glass: Stem
