MERRY MAPLE COLLINS

1 ½ oz Bombay Sapphire 1 oz Fresh lemon juice ½ oz Pure maple syrup Soda or sparkling water Ice METHOD: Add Bombay Sapphire, lemon juice and maple syrup into glass. Add ice and fill with soda until 2 inches from the top. Mix the ingredients with a spoon and then fill rest of the way with soda. GLASS: Collins GARNISH: Rosemary spring

26 oz Bombay Sapphire 1L Red Cranberry Juice 1L White Cranberry Juice 1L Orange Juice 1L Lime Juice 6-12 oz Freshly squeezed Sugar Cane Syrup METHOD: Add fruit to punch bowl. Mix all ingredients in bowl and let sit for 1 hour in fridge before serving.
