Top 10 Celebrity Couples in Music Videos
#10: Becca Tilley & Hayley Kiyoko
“For the Girls” (2022)
This couple first met at Kiyoko’s “Expectations” album release party. Fans suspected there was more than friendship between them, but the couple continued to keep their relationship under wraps. Then in 2022, Kiyoko’s “For the Girls” music video dropped, which parodied “The Bachelor,” with Kiyoko handing out roses and nailing all the tropes. As with any good reality drama, a plot twist at the end introduces a new potential love interest. Tilley didn’t find love on “The Bachelor,” but her chances here look far more promising. On her podcast, Tilley referred to Kiyoko as “95p,” implying she’s 95% sure Kiyoko is the one she wants to spend her life with.
#9: Sabrina Carpenter & Barry Keoghan
“Please Please Please” (2024)
The “Please Please Please” music video, picks up from where the“Espresso” one finishes with Carpenter getting arrested. As she’s released from jail, she lays eyes on a guy who’s just being brought in and who happens to be played by her real-life boyfriend, actor Barry Keoghan. He plays a convict who just can’t give up walking on the bad side, no matter how many times it lands him behind bars. It’s believed that the couple first got together in late 2023 and made their first official joint appearance at the 2024 Met Gala. However, for many, it was Keoghan’s appearance in this music video that confirmed their romance.
#8: Adam Levine & Behati Prinsloo
Various
The Maroon 5 frontman and model were reportedly set up by a mutual friend and began their relationship online. After a short-lived breakup, they reunited, married in 2014, and now share three kids. Prinsloo first appeared in the “Animals” music video that same year, followed by “Cold” in 2017, and played a mermaid in 2021’s “Lost.” Music video appearances became a family affair when Prinsloo joined the star-studded “Girls Like You” video with their firstborn daughter. By the time Maroon 5 filmed “Middle Ground,” their second child had joined the family. The couple has since welcomed a third kid, making their second daughter’s debut in a video with “middle” in its title rather fitting.
#7: Chrissy Teigen & John Legend
Various
This couple first met in 2006 when Teigen was cast as the romantic interest in Legend’s “Stereo” music video. As Teigen shared with Wendy Williams, after the shoot, she stopped by Legend’s hotel room to say her goodbyes, and well, let’s just say no farewells were shared. In 2013, Legend released “All of Me,” a love letter to his then-fiancée, with Teigen naturally starring in the video. She also appeared in the video for “Love Me Now,” this time alongside their daughter, Luna. Teigen continued to feature in Legend’s videos, including “Preach” in 2019 and “Wild” in 2020. We imagine they’ll continue to capture their beautiful journey together.
#6: Hailey Baldwin & Justin Bieber
“Stuck with U” (2020)
A few months into the COVID-19 pandemic Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber released “Stuck with U.” The charity duet raised millions of dollars for the First Responders Children's Foundation and the music video featured clips sent in by fans who, like most of us were quarantining, including some who had to miss their prom. But there were also celebrity stuck-at-home clips including Gwyneth Paltrow, Eric Stonestreet, Chance the Rapper, Kate Hudson and Stephen and Ayesha Curry. The most prominent celeb couples in the video are Bieber and his wife Hailey Baldwin and Ariana Grande and her dog. However, at the end Grande is seen dancing her now ex-husband Dalton Gomez.
#5: Megan Fox & Machine Gun Kelly
“Bloody Valentine” (2020) & “Drunk Face” (2020)
Before they ever appeared together in music videos these two made a movie together called, “Midnight In The Switchgrass” along with Bruce Willis, Emile Hirsch and Lukas Haas. They met on the set and when the production had to shut down due to the pandemic Fox and MGK started hanging out together even more. This sparked rumors of a relationship and even more gas was thrown on those flames when Megan played Kelly’s girlfriend in the video for his song, “Bloody Valentine.” Megan would also appear in MGK’s video for “Drunk Face” in what looks like clips from home videos.
#4: Pink & Carey Hart
“So What” (2008)
How many ex-husbands would appear in a music video with their ex-wife for a song based on their separation that includes the lyrics, “you’re a tool”? We don’t know how many, but we know Carey Hart is one of them. Pink wrote the song “So What” about her separation from Hart and Carey makes a cameo in the video. While some might think this is crazy, Pink assured fans after the release, “Glad you likey's and don't worry – Carey likey's too.” They seem made for each other, and it turns out they are, as they reunited in 2009. Hart later appeared in Pink’s 2013 video for “True Love.”
#3: Jennifer Lopez & Ben Affleck
“Jenny from the Block” (2002)
Everyone took notice when Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck started dating in 2021. However, what the GenZ crowd might not have been aware of is that this was the second go around for the OG Bennifer. As much coverage as the relationship got since 2021, it’s nothing compared to the spotlight that was on these two when they dated for about 18 months between 2002 and 2004. And that’s pretty much the theme of the music video for her track, “Jenny from the Block.” In it, J.Lo is hounded by paparazzi and can’t find any privacy with Affleck. Talk about art imitating life! Or did life just inspire art?
#2: Beyoncé & Jay-Z
Various
Jay-Z and Beyoncé are one of the most popular and powerful couples in the music business and have appeared together in music videos on multiple occasions. They’ve both featured on the other’s tracks or as the duo simply known as The Carters. They started dating in the early 00s and made their first music video appearance together in 2002’s “03 Bonnie and Clyde.” And that was just the beginning. From 2003’s “Crazy in Love” to 2006’s “Déjà Vu,” 2013’s “Drunk in Love,” and beyond, the Queen B and her King shared the screen in something like eight music videos over their first two decades together. We have no doubt their reign will continue!

“You Are Not Alone” (1995)
It was a relationship that astounded and fascinated people all over the world. The King of Pop and the daughter of the King of Rock N’ Roll were married from 1994 to 1996. During that time, they appeared together in the video “You Are Not Alone.” Although Jackson is actually alone for most of the video, Presley does feature in a number of scenes, half in her birthday suit. She shares intimate moments with Jackson in a temple, apparently inspired by Maxfield Parrish’s painting “Daybreak.” The song debuted at number one and ended up being the last chart-topping US single for the singer in his lifetime.
