VOICE OVER: Rebecca Brayton WRITTEN BY: Nathan Sharp
These are the celebs who were on multiple reality shows.
These celebs can’t get enough of the limelight! Welcome to MsMojo, and today we’re counting down our picks for the top ten celebrities who were on multiple reality shows. For this list, we’ll be looking at reality TV stars who have appeared on more than one reality television program. We’re only including American stars here, even if they were on an international program.

#10: Courtney Stodden

In 2011, 16-year-old Courtney Stodden married 51-year-old actor Doug Hutchison, who is known primarily for his roles as Percy in “The Green Mile” and Horace Goodspeed in “Lost.” This generated a media firestorm, and Stodden was quickly thrust into the spotlight. The couple first appeared on TV in 2012 when they starred in the second season of “Couples Therapy.” Since that time, Stodden has appeared on numerous reality shows, including “Celebrity Big Brother,” “The Mother/Daughter Experiment,” “Million Dollar Matchmaker” and “Celebs Go Dating.” We’re sad to report that Stodden and Hutchison are no longer together, as they separated in 2017 and were officially divorced in 2019.

#9: Tami Roman

Roman is an old school reality TV star. She first rose to prominence back in 1993 when she starred in “The Real World: Los Angeles.” Roman had an abortion in episode 11, which made her the first person to have an abortion on reality TV. She subsequently tried her hand at acting for a few years before returning to reality TV in 2010 on VH1’s “Basketball Wives” and remained a series regular until 2019. She was also cast in the spinoff “Basketball Wives LA,” and in 2015 she starred in both “Celebrity Wife Swap” and “Marriage Boot Camp.” Roman has since returned to acting, landing the recurring role of Felicia Thompson in the soap opera “Saints & Sinners.”

Real name Michael Mizanin, The Miz is now a professional wrestler on the SmackDown brand. But before his career in the ring, The Miz was a major reality television star. He first appeared on “The Real World: Back to New York” in 2001 and starred in “Real World/Road Rules Challenge” between 2002 and 2005. He subsequently appeared in a wrestling-themed reality show called “Tough Enough” (where he finished second) and starred in over twenty episodes between season six and eight of “Total Divas.” As of 2017, he is the host of “The Challenge: Champs vs. Stars” minseries and as of 2018, he stars in the USA Network’s “Miz & Mrs,” which follows the lives of The Miz and his wife, Maryse Ouellet. He’s a busy man!

#7: Trista Sutter

Sutter is a part of reality TV history, as she was the runner-up on the very first season of “The Bachelor” way back in 2002, AKA the glory days of reality TV. Following the success of that show, Sutter (then Trista Rehn) became the star of the first season of “The Bachelorette,” and it was here that she met her future husband Ryan Sutter. The two have been married since 2003. Since then, both of the Sutters have appeared on various competition programs, including “Dancing with the Stars,” and they both appeared on the reality show “Marriage Boot Camp” in 2014. The two also hosted a pilot for HGTV called “Rocky Mountain Reno” in 2015, but the show was not picked up.

#6: Dennis Rodman

Rodman is an NBA player first and foremost, what with being a five-time champion and Hall of Fame inductee. That said, he’s certainly no stranger to reality TV shows. Hey, you gotta fill your time somehow following retirement! Though he had an MTV reality talk show in 1996, his first big venture into reality TV was in 2006, when he starred in “Celebrity Big Brother.” He also popped up in “Love Island” and won the grand prize in the fourth season of “The Mole,” titled “Celebrity Mole: Yucatán.” In addition, he has made two separate appearances on “Celebrity Apprentice,” although he was respectively the fifth and sixth contestant to be eliminated.

#5: Spencer Pratt & Heidi Montag

Pratt and Montag first met back on “The Hills,” resulting in a major and series-long fight between Montag and friend Lauren Conrad as of the second season. The two remained on the show ended in 2010, but a sequel titled “The Hills: New Beginnings” began airing on MTV in 2019, effectively bringing Pratt and Montag full circle. In the interim, the two appeared on “I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!,” “Celebrity Big Brother,” “Celebrity Wife Swap,” “Marriage Boot Camp,” and “Celebrity Big Brother” (again). And that’s not even including “Speidi: Scandals, Secrets and Surgery!” and “After Shock: Heidi & Spencer,” two documentaries that aired in 2013. The two are basically reality television royalty at this point.

#4: Adrianne Curry

Curry is another part of reality TV history, having won the very first cycle of “America’s Next Top Model” back in 2003. She was subsequently signed to Wilhelmina Models and worked for magazines like Us Weekly, Maxim, and People. However, she also kept extremely busy on the reality TV circuit. Immediately following “America’s Next Top Model” was “The Surreal Life” and “My Fair Brady,” the latter of which she starred for twenty-five episodes and helped produce. She also starred in numerous smaller programs throughout the 2000s and 2010s, including “Celebrity Paranormal Project,” “World’s Dumbest,” and “Gimme My Reality Show!”All this work seems to have burned Adrianne out though, as she announced that she was leaving Hollywood and moving to a remote, rural location in the late 2010s.

#3: Lisa Rinna

Rinna is a well-known soap opera actress, having starred in both “Days of Our Lives” and “Melrose Place.” Despite a stint on “Dancing with the Stars” in 2006, it was more around 2010 that she began to focus her attention on reality TV, becoming the main subject of the TV Land reality show “Harry Loves Lisa.” The show followed Lisa, her husband Harry Hamlin, and their two daughters. She also competed in two iterations of “Celebrity Apprentice” in 2011 and 2013. Beginning in 2014, Rinna joined the cast of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” and has remained part of the main cast ever since.

#2: Tiffany Pollard

Pollard is perhaps better known by her nickname New York, which was given to her by Flava Flav while competing on “Flavor of Love.” New York proved so popular that she quickly earned her own spinoff, which was cutely named “I Love New York.” This spin-off in turn resulted in its own spin-offs, “New York Goes to Hollywood” and “New York Goes to Work.” She took a quick break from the reality TV scene in the early 2010s before re-appearing on “Celebrity Big Brother,” where she landed in fourth place. She has since starred in “The Next: 15,” “Famously Single,” “Scared Famous,” and “Braxton Family Values.” She shows no signs of slowing down! Before we unveil our top pick, here is an honorable mention. Megan Hauserman

#1: Snooki

Not too many reality TV celebrities become household names, but Snooki certainly managed to do just that. She first appeared on TV in MTV’s “Is She Really Going Out with Him?” but she earned national attention while starring in “Jersey Shore.” She remained a main cast member on the show until its conclusion in 2012. She subsequently became the subject of “Snooki & Jwoww,” which ran from 2012 to 2015. While she appeared on “Dancing with the Stars,” and even cameoed on the big and small screens, she also starred in “Snooki & Jwoww: Moms with Attitude” and “Nicole & Jionni’s Shore Flip” before reuniting with her former housemates in “Jersey Shore: Family Vacation.” In addition, she began hosting “How Far Is Tattoo Far?” in 2018, further establishing her complete dominance of the reality TV market.
