#10: Haunted Tour "One Good Scare Ought to Do It!"

Top 10 Spooky Halloween Episodes That Haunted Us as Children

When Isabella gets an incurable case of the hiccups, Phineas and the gang build a haunted house to scare them out of her. Although everyone helps, it’s Phineas who holds her hand as he guides her through the tour. This is the first time in the series we see these two spend some time alone together and, we have to admit, it’s pretty cute. The best part of this episode has to be Isabella’s quick-thinking when Phineas is put in real danger. Courtesy of our favorite evil scientist, the haunted house starts to float away and Phineas gets trapped in it. He tumbles out, but Isabella and the fireside girls manage to save him. So, apparently, there’s a new way to cure the hiccups...

#9: Phineas Thinks Isabella Is Cute "The Chronicles of Meap" & "Meapless in Seattle"

We’ve got several pieces of proof for this one. Exhibit A: in "The Chronicles of Meap", Phineas builds a cute-tracker to locate Meap. Something keeps interfering with the signal and Isabella, after several more discreet attempts, suggests that it’s her own cuteness. Phineas reveals that he already took into account her cuteness so she wouldn’t interfere with the signal. Exhibit B: In the second part to the Meap-saga, “Meapless in Seattle”, Isabella’s cuteness is the only thing that snaps Phineas out of Mitch’s cute-hypnosis. Exhibit C: He says her cuteness is “a scientific fact” and realizes they had a secret cute weapon of their own all along. Okay, so, he doesn’t quite say that he thinks Isabella is cute but… he definitely alludes to it!

#8: Their Picnic "It's No Picnic"

Top 10 Times Phineas and Ferb Got Dark

Isabella's initial plan for a romantic picnic with Phineas doesn't go as planned. But by the end of the episode, the two of them still find themselves beneath a shady tree in Danville park with a blanket and a picnic basket. It’s a super fun episode that features the Fireside Girls and Candace helping Isabella on this mission. There are definitely a few bumps along the way, but even so, Phineas and Isabella manage to spend a fun day together. Even Linda catches on by the end and it’s pretty safe to say she’s a Phinabella shipper, too. Yup, everyone knew.

#7: Watching the Sunset Together "Phineas and Ferb: Summer Belongs To You!"

In the city of love, Isabella wants nothing more than to spend a fun day with her crush. Meanwhile, Phineas is so preoccupied looking for spare parts to fix the plane that he doesn’t notice Isabella’s advances. When the gang gets stranded on a deserted island, Phineas, with no way out, dishearteningly gives up trying to find a way back home. He sits down and watches the sunset with her, something Isabella wished for just moments before; but of course, she doesn’t let him. Isabella proves herself to be the friend we all wish we had, and puts her own feelings aside to encourage Phineas to persevere. If Phineas is anything, it’s certainly not a quitter.

#6: Alone Time "Happy Birthday, Isabella"

Top 10 Funniest Phineas and Ferb Moments

This is the episode where we learn that Ferb is the ultimate wingman. Phineas spends the whole day planning Isabella’s birthday surprises down to the last details, when all she really wants is to spend some time alone with him. Luckily, part of the grand finale goes astray and Phineas offers to take Isabella out for ice cream to make up for it. Ferb, at the last minute, makes up an excuse so that Isabella can spend the time alone with Phineas. Turns out, it’s Ferb who gives the best birthday presents!

#5: Isabella Remembers Her Crush on Phineas "Last Day of Summer"

When Candace activates Dr. Doofenshmirtz' Do-Over-inator, the two of them get sent into a time loop. Eventually, the loop begins to create time-rifts in the spacetime continuum that erase things, including Phineas and Ferb. They get sent to a void, along with everything else that’s been erased. Isabella and the gang, for a small time, have no recollection of the boys because they technically never existed. When they later fall into the void as well, Isabella spots Phineas and is flooded with memories from their adventures together, prompting her to remember exactly who he is.

#4: Isabella Kisses Phineas "Phineas and Ferb: Star Wars"

Thankfully, the Leia and Luke plot twist stays between the siblings of the Phineas and Ferb universe in this Star Wars special - Phineas and Isabella make that clear. As the rebels celebrate the destruction of the Death Star, Isabella pulls her favorite triangle-headed boy in for a passionate kiss that leaves him in a state of post-kiss catatonia. It’s so rare that we see Phineas intentionally reciprocate Isabella’s romantic actions, let alone initiate them, which is why a moment that happens earlier in this episode is also pretty exciting: Phineas shows interest in Isabella, asking his brother if he thinks they would make a good match.

#3: The First Time They Kiss "Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Across the 2nd Dimension" (2011)

Top 10 Things Only Adults Understand About Phineas and Ferb

If you watched this movie when it first aired, you know just how iconic this moment was. Everything we’d ever wanted to see from Phineas and Ferb seems to take place in this one movie: the boys find out Perry is a secret agent, Dr. Doofenshmirtz actually succeeds in taking over the Tri-State Area, and Isabella and Phineas kiss for the first time! Of course, everyone gets their memories erased, so no one actually remembers any of it, but Isabella takes this opportune moment to lock lips with her crush. Unfortunately, we never get to find out what Phineas was going to say, but by his reaction, we can assume things would’ve gone over pretty well.

#2: Phineas Saves Isabella "Night of the Living Pharmacists"

Top 20 Phineas and Ferb Songs

In this episode, Isabella decides she’s finally going to tell Phineas how she feels. She spends the duration trying to get an uninterrupted moment alone with him and gets her chance at the very last second, when they’re the only two in Danville who haven’t turned into “pharmacists”. Phineas’ reaction to her confession is cut off when he jumps in front of her to save her from one of the Doofenshmirtzs. It’s a really sweet gesture but we’re starting to get deja vu with all the interrupting, here. Isabella, right before she’s turned, manages to carry out their plan and save everyone. Unfortunately, the two of them don't end up remembering what happened right before they were turned. Always with the amnesia, these two. Before we unveil our top pick, here are a few honorable mentions. Top 10 Most Underrated Phineas and Ferb Songs

It took the better part of a decade, but we got here, Phinabella shippers. In this episode set in the future, Isabella's heading off to college and Phineas finally finds out about her crush. He decides he needs to tell her how he feels only to learn she’s already left for school. He heads home, feeling like he spent years of his life focused on the wrong thing, and finds her waiting for him on his front steps. The two talk things out and Phineas decides, during this conversation, to attend the same college as Isabella so they don’t have to say goodbye for too much longer. He, Ferb, and Vanessa pull up to her car moments later and Phineas finally--finally--kisses Isabella!
