ï»żWelcome to MsMojo, and today we’re counting down our picks for the top 10 steamy kisses in K-Dramas that left us gasping for breath. Beware of spoilers!

#10: The Kiss Under the Sprinklers

“My Demon” (2023-24)
Whoever paired Kim Yoo-jung and Song Kang[a] in “My Demon” deserves a huge raise – and maybe a standing ovation because these two are fire. Their chemistry is seriously off the charts. One moment that still has us buzzing is that greenhouse scene when Gu-won catches Do Do-Hee off-guard. While she’s grappling with the fear of losing her loved ones, he swoops in with a kiss so suave it’s lethal. The way they lock eyes is mesmerizing. Then, just when you think it couldn’t get any more intense, the sprinklers go off, adding to the magic of it all. This isn’t just a kiss – it’s passion at its peak.

#9: The Hospital Kiss

“Crash Landing on You” (2019-20)
This is one thoroughly enjoyable K-Drama with the perfect balance of comedy, romance, and drama. Let’s stay focused on the romance here, though. Sure, “Crash Landing on You” won’t necessarily set your screen ablaze, but it has a a sweetness that hits us right in the feels. Case in point: the embrace outside the hospital. As Se-ri[b] tearfully confesses her desire to protect Jeong-hyeok, something in our stoic soldier softens. He leans in for an innocent, heart-melting kiss so good we’re still weak in the knees. Knowing these actors have since tied the knot in real life adds a little twist, making this extra unforgettable. What a fantastic pairing! We’re not jealous. Nope, not at all.

#8: Love on the Piano

“Strong Girl Bong-soon[c]” (2017)
Love triangles will always have our hearts, even if it’s a common trope. This heartfelt K-Drama flawlessly nails the concept. Though Do Bong-soon initially had a huge crush on someone else, many of us knew the CEO was the one all along. So when she finally shows up at Min-hyuk's house and utters those long-awaited words, we know what’s coming. And Min-hyuk doesn’t waste much time. He charges towards her for a smooch, hoists her onto the piano, putting his lips onto hers like he’s been waiting forever. Honestly, he kind of has! It’s the kind of heart-stopping, fireworks-worthy moment that seals the transition from friendship to something deeper. We still savor every second of it.

#7: A Healing Embrace

“Bad and Crazy” (2021-22)
Old flames, they say, never die, and that couldn’t be more true with these two. Lee Hui-gyeom and Sool-yeol[d] may have broken up. But one thing’s for sure, their feelings never truly faded. Picture this: she’s tending to his wound in her darkly lit room, the air so thick with tension it’s practically suffocating. Next thing you know, it’s not just his wound she’s tending to. Maybe it’s her soft touch or perhaps a sudden realization he still wants her. Whatever it is, he snaps and pulls her into an all-consuming kiss. Then she surprises us by taking charge like she owns the moment. Did it just get hotter here? Someone crack a window, please!

#6: The Hotel Makeout

“Guardian: The Lonely and Great God” (2016-17)
An immortal boyfriend? Now, that’s a flex, especially when it comes with kisses that could melt steel. One moment, Ji Eun-tak[e] is alone, with a foggy memory of her lover. The next, he’s right there, and everything comes rushing back. Just like that, the reunion we’ve been dying for arrives. He whisks her off to their suite and while she’s still processing everything, he pulls her into a kiss that is volcanic by any standard. Despite the longing and desperation in their ferocious make out, there's a tenderness that speaks volumes. It’s just too adorable: like a silent reclamation of every moment stolen from them. We just love love.

#5: Shower Smooch

“Melting Me Softly” (2019)
Ji Chang-wook[f] fans, get in here! He and Won Jin-ah sure know how to capture our attention, and we can’t stop raving about it. Sure, the rain-soaked forest smooch was cute. But the shower kiss? Well, it’s absolutely mind-blowing! Mi-ran opens the door to find Dong-chan looking effortlessly gorgeous as he scolds her for being too trusting. Then, boom, he pins her against the wall and kisses her like the world’s about to end. But wait, it gets better. Since they need to regulate their temperature, they head into the shower and things get even steamier. It isn’t just the kiss that leaves our hearts racing, it’s that look in their eyes.

#4: Raw & Intense

“Something in the Rain” (2018)
You can feel it, can’t you? That unmistakable sense of intimacy, like we’ve stumbled upon a couple’s private moment. That’s the magic Jin-ah[g] and Jun-hui bring together: raw, electric chemistry. Their kisses aren’t the sloppy ones where the female lead looks uncomfortable. No, theirs are deep, soul-stirring devotions to each other-like they’re inviting us to witness their love in its purest form. Honestly, how do you even pick a favorite? The one under the rain is so genuine, it reminds us of the beauty of loving someone wholeheartedly. The kitchen kiss is breathtaking, too. If this isn’t true love, what is?

#3: The Prison Kiss

“W” (2016)
We’ve had rain kisses and shower lip-locks, but nothing could’ve prepared us for this. It doesn’t happen in some dreamy location, but in a prison. It’s surprisingly scorching, as Kang Cheol [h]drops a bombshell of a smooch on a handcuffed Oh Yeon-joo. The way it lingers, the fire between them, and the swelling background music is perfect. We need no interruptions, and neither do they. In fact, when the detective pops in and out, it doesn’t faze them. If anything, they take it up a notch, cranking up the heat.

#2: Some Steam & Light

“Business Proposal” (2022)
Secretary Cha[i] and Young-seo stole the show – especially that one scene that blew up everywhere. It doesn’t take long to figure out why. It just so happens that Young-seo has forgotten about their night together and Secretary Cha makes it his mission to jog her memory. And boy, does she remember! He immediately goes from cool and composed to dangerously sexy. There’s just something about a hot guy losing his spectacles, right? Don’t get us wrong, though Young-seo doesn’t hold back either, matching his heat with equal ferocity. It’s no wonder we’re replaying this scene forever.

#1: No Holding Back

“What's Wrong with Secretary Kim” (2018)
Picking the hottest moment from this K-drama that never holds back in delivering blazing romance is hard. Lee Young-joon and Kim Mi-so[j] give us everything we crave. Be it the smooch on the bed, the couch, or the closet liplock, they show us they own the kissing game. Honestly, it’s like watching South Korea’s take on “Fifty Shades of Grey”. Now, back to that closet kiss
the way he pulls her into his lap, and holds her gaze before claiming her lips is pure electricity. Just when we think we can breathe again, they keep going, dragging out every second until we’re dizzy with butterflies. If there’s a masterclass in on-screen chemistry, these two are teaching it.

Which is your favorite kissing scene? Let us know in the comments below.
