Hey, it's fun to dream to be one of the 1 percent of the 1 percent, and so here we're going to take a look at the kind of TV the world's uber rich is mounting to their mansion walls. Are the most expensive televisions also the best TVs you can buy? Join Marc Saltzman as he teaches us about the 10 of the priciest TVs on the market – some in the millions and others a more, er, “reasonable” 10 to 20 grand on the low end.

Hey everyone, welcome to Gear Up, the WatchMojo series that looks at the latest in gadgets, gear and games. I’m Marc Saltzman, and in this video, I’ll tell you about 10 of the priciest TVs on the market – some in the millions and others a more, er, “reasonable” 10 to 20 grand on the low end.
OK, not listed in any order…
1. The Titan Zeus
And “Titan” is the operative word as this 4K television measures 370 inches, measured diagonally. So, assuming you have a wall big enough AND you have the $1.7 million dollars to pay for it, you might have some larger than life Game of Thrones characters in your living space. Built in Britain, Titan’s indoor and outdoor TVs are also custom built, to any shape or size required, including a waterproof Titan screen emerging from a swimming pool and curved screens for a super yacht sun deck. At 370 inches, only 4 Titan Zeus TVs are being made. But hey, it’s so big that, even with four times the resolution of a Full HD TV, you might see some imperfections in the detail. Hey, you don’t want to be disappointed after dropping 1.7 mil on this!
Next up…
2….the 2.5 million dollar Stuart Hughes Prestige HD Supreme Rose Edition TV. The most expensive television in the world is covered in 28 kilograms of solid 18-carat rose gold, adorned with 72 flawless 1-carat diamonds, and features hand-woven alligator skin lining the inner bezel of the TV. It’s only 55 inches by the way and not even a 4K television, but a 1080p HD TV. Now, if $2.5 million is a little too above your paygrade, there’s also a less pricey $1.5 million dollar model that uses less gold and fewer precious stones than the Supreme Rose Edition.
Number 3 most expensive TV in the world?
3. Sony’s 100-inch Z9D Series TV, at about $60,000.
This 4K or 2160p TV is a Smart Ultra High Definition television with HDR or High Dynamic Range for better contrast, brightness and more vivid colors. Sony’s Z [Zee] Series TV is an LED TV with awesome black levels, thanks in part to its Backlight Master Drive and X-tended Dynamic Range PRO with up to sixteen times the contrast of conventional LED TVs. The 4K HDR Processor X1 Extreme helps to detect, analyze and optimize each object in the picture individually to adjust the overall contrast for a more natural and realistic picture on screen. This Android TV with built-in Chromecast also lets you download apps, stream online video, works with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant for voice support, and much more.
4. Samsung’s 88-inch Q9F Series LED TV.
For a paltry $20 grand (!), you can pick up Samsung’s huge Smart 4K UHD TV with HDR to enrich your home theater experience. This is an 88-inch QLED TV that uses Quantum Dots that deliver extraordinary colour, as well as high brightness and very impressive contrast levels, too, with its 4K Elite Black+ with Infinite Array technology and 4K HDR Elite+ to give you more depth out of your 4K movies, TV shows, and video games. This Samsung QLED smart TV comes with a One Connect box and fiber optical cable for clutter-free linking to your components.
5. Number 5…for under $8 grand or even less on sale, there’s the 86 inch LG 86SJ9570!
LG’s SUPER UHD 4K HDR Smart LED TV offers a billion rich colors on its IPS screen, active HDR with Dolby Vision for superior contrast, brightness and vivid colors, webOS 3.5 Smart TV, integrated Harman Kardon speakers, and more. Oh, with that webOS Smart TV platform, you’ve got access to more than 100 free premium Internet channels through the LG Channel Plus app, including Got Talent Global, Outside TV Shorts, Just for Laughs, and more, on demand, anytime, plus there’s A La Carte TV, the only live TV service that lets you personalize your channel lineup.
6. is Panasonic’s 98-inch TH-98LQ70LU Digital Signage Display
For just over $20,000, this is a professional display that some people have in their homes because this LED-backlit 4K IPS TV offers high brightness at 500 nits, rich colors and impressive contrast, too. And did we mention it’s 98 inches, and with a 178-degree viewing angle, slender 32.5 millimeter bezel width, and integrated 20-watt speakers? Now, look, it’s 240 pounds so don’t expect to this lift up and mount it yourself to some drywall, but those who want a professional display should take a look at this 4K UHD TV with multiple connectivity options.
7. Sharp’s 8K LV-70X500E
While it’s not yet available in the U.S. – and there really isn’t a lot of 8K content to justify the purchase, either -- Sharp 70X500E television, which costs about $13,800, dishes a resolution of 7,680 x [by] 4,320 pixels, so you can sit, like nose to glass, to gush over super detailed 8K content and not see any imperfections. And of course, it can upscale 4K content to near 8K quality by filling in information for those extra pixels.
For the same price at just under $14,000, Sharp also has a 90-inch Full HD TV -- the LC-90LE657-U -- 3D SMART LED TV.
OK, moving on to number 8…the
8. C SEED Blade 262. As the name of the C Seed 262 suggests, this television is 262 inches – that’s 6.65 meters! -- measured diagonally, corner to corner, but will set you back $540,000. Specializing in super big TVs, this C SEED BLADE 262 is a UHD or 4K TV, for a massive wall you may have, plus there’s six integrated high-end speakers, supporting up to a 9.1 cinema surround environment by adding a couple more. Push the remote control button and watch the customized fabric cover fold away to reveal this giant screen.
9. Bang & Olufson BeoVision Eclipse, which starts at $11,000
Featuring B&O’s iconic design touches, including its motorized Planet Stand that doesnt just look cool but can swivel on demand, the BeoVision Eclipse is a gorgeous OLED 4K HDR TV with Dolby Vision, measuring 55 or 65 inches, depending on your size preference, budget, and space. Because it’s an OLED TV, you’ll get absolute blacks – contrast levels hard to touch by other panel technologies – plus it’s not just a pretty picture but with top-notch audio, too.
And finally, number 10…for outdoorsy types…
10. SunBrite’s 75-inch Signature Outdoor TV, the SB-S-75-4K -- one designed for partial sun – even though the company has ones for full sunlight and shaded areas, too. This 4K Ultra HD model for partial sun costs $10,000 for the 75-inch model. As part of SunBriteTV Signature 4K Series, this weatherproof outdoor television is ideal for patios and decks – with its commercial-grade high-brightness screen, at 700 nits, with direct LED backlight and anti-glare technology, to help deliver a bright, dramatic picture that’s up to 3 times brighter than indoor TVs.
