What’s your favorite Timothée Chalamet flick? Let us know in the comments below.

#5: “Dune” (2021)

Fans of Frank Herbert’s 1965 novel of the same name were ecstatic to learn that Dune was being remade into a movie again. The sci-fi story follows the epic tale of the son of a noble family on a journey to protect the titular planet and a drug that’s extremely important to their universe. The book was first adapted to a movie in 1984, but was met with harsh criticism; director David Lynch even called it his “one, in my mind, big failure.” The newest rendition of the story hopes to bring new life with Timothée Chalamet in the starring role of Paul Atreides, the ducal family son. We’re hopeful that Chalamet will be able to win over critics.

#4: “The French Dispatch” (2021)

There is a LOT going on in this movie trailer. Chalamet fans have been waiting to see him team up with Wes Anderson and the time has finally come. The movie is set in a fake 20th century French city and centers around a group of people who work for an American newspaper. And Chalamet, who’s playing Zeffirelli, is not the only star lighting up the show. The ensemble cast includes actors like Bill Murray, Saoirse Ronan, Adrien Brody, Willem Dafoe, Tilda Swinton, and so many more. With a cast that stacked, we can only expect the movie to be a massive hit.

#3: “Don't Look Up” (2021)

This one’s got another huge cast that’s absolutely stacked with big name actors. The sci-fi dark comedy focuses on two astronomers, played by stars Leonardo DiCaprio and Jennifer Lawrence, who set out to warn the world about an impending solar system body. The impressive cast has garnered a lot of attention for the movie, but details about the story have been kept under wraps. Chalamet is set to play a character named Quentin, though we don’t know anything else about the character. But because the movie is a comedy, we hope to see him step into a funny role. The Netflix original is set to come out on December 10th, 2021.

#2: “Going Electric” (TBD)

This may be one of the young actor’s biggest roles yet. Chalamet is set to take on the biopic of Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Bob Dylan. The movie has had a rough time getting into gear, with production put on hold due to the ongoing pandemic. The cinematographer for the movie, Phedon Papamichael, has even said that the movie is not “happening anytime soon” due to not being able to film period specific scenes in tight spaces with crowds of people. Nonetheless, Chalamet has reportedly taken guitar lessons for the role and many fans are excited to see a musical side of him.

#1: “Bones & All” (TBD)

The young actor is really trying to work in every genre lately. This upcoming film will see Chalamet in a horror-love-story, alongside the director that helped bring his name to fame, Luca Guadagnino. Luca directed “Call Me By Your Name,” which was a breakthrough role for Chalamet. In “Bones & All”, Chalamet is set to star opposite Taylor Russell. The film is based on a book by the same name, which is about a young cannibal girl, played by Russell. In the book. Chalamet’s character is a flesh-eater as well, so we wonder if we will get to see him get gory in this big screen adaptation too!.
