Naruto's Ninja World is pretty diverse, with a critique on ninja manga and several creatures and powers. However, the Dragon Ball feel and complications with the origin put it behind One Piece's vibrant, diverse, and beautiful Grand Line. Winner: One Piece

One Piece's characters are well-respected in their own right, but there are so many that only a few - such as Luffy, Zoro, and Nami - can truly be iconic. Conversely, Naruto's diverse supporting cast and character development allow its characters to be as ingrained in our memory as the best anime characters. Winner: Naruto

One Piece's main themes are stereotypical for shonen: adventure, freedom, and friendship (and occasionally the death penalty). Naruto, on the other hand, has all of those, but also revolves around complex themes like social outcasts, love, war and peace, hard work, and humanism. Winner: Naruto
