Al Simmons was once the world's greatest soldier. However, his discovery of the ugly truth behind the Government's internal dealings caused him to be eliminated. Sent to Hell for having killed innocents, he pledged his soul to the ruler of the Eighth Sphere of Hell in order to see his wife Wanda once again.
