VOICE OVER: Ty Richardson WRITTEN BY: Ty Richardson
In Night City there's so much going on all the time, it's easy to completely miss some of the best content the game has to offer. For this list we'll be highlighting some missions you most likely overlooked during your first visit in Night City. In this video we'll discuss The Prophet's Song, The Highwayman and Feed Teh Cat and so many more hidden throughout the city.

10 Missions in Cyberpunk 2077 You Never Found

Welcome to MojoPlays, and today, we’re taking a look at 10 missions in “Cyberpunk 2077” you may have missed during your first playthrough.

I’ll Fly Away

This is perhaps the least missable of the missable quests, but we wouldn’t be surprised if a handful of folks never got to this one. Once you have finished Riders of the Storm, you will get a message from Mitch asking if you can help him with Scorpion’s funeral. This is not an offer you can sit on. Choose to ignore his request and you’ll be locked out of the mission completely. Accept, and you will get to give Scorpion a lovely send-off. Plus, you’ll get a nifty statue for your apartment as a reward!

Love Rollercoaster

In order to take part in this mission, you have to get to it before you begin the Automatic Love mission, and you have to get to it quickly. Yes, we know - why does a mission with Judy lock out a mission with Johnny? It doesn’t make sense to us either. But it isn’t anything super remarkable. All you do is try to fix up a broken roller coaster. Should you choose to repair it, you’ll get to ride it with Johnny right next to you.

Bullets

This mission is entirely dependent on your shopping tendencies within “Cyberpunk 2077”. Unless you have been somewhat actively buying up clothes from across the various shops, this mission will probably not appear for you. When you return to Jinguji, go see Zane and browse his selection of cyberware for a minute. Just as you’re ready to leave, you’ll find yourself in a fight against a cyberpsycho. Finishing this mission will net you a good chunk of XP and some Street Cred.

Raymond Chandler Evening

Pepe’s got a few troublemakers at his bar, and should you choose to deal with them and get them the hell out of there, you will gain access to this mission. Just make sure you finish Act One before you go seeking this one out. Raymond Chandler Evening reveals that all is not well with Pepe and his wife, Cynthia. He thinks she might be cheating on him, and he asks you to investigate. Fulfilling his request will net you some XP and Street Cred, but choosing specific dialogue options later might get you something extra.

The Prophet’s Song

How many of us deliberately ignored Gary the Prophet’s ramblings as we went to pay Misty or Viktor a visit? No shame in doing so. Not many people like being preached to, let alone listen to crazed ramblings of conspiracies. But if you decide to listen to Gary for a bit and even donate to his cause, you’ll get a call from him later. Turns out he has been abducted by Corpos. Seeing this quest through til the end will not only get you some Street Cred and XP, but you may even get a chip containing a secret message.

Coin Operated Boy

If you were a big fan of “Detroit: Become Human”, chances are you actively sought out this mission. Why? Well, it’s because the voice of Conrad, Bryan Dechart, voices Brendan, one of the many AI-operated vending machines you can find around Night City. At some point, you might stumble upon Brendan talking to a woman in Japantown. Later on, he’ll be taken away, and the woman will ask you to track him down. Do this, and you’ll nab yourself a few hundred XP and a joke too good to be on a popsicle stick or soda can.

The Highwayman

If you decided not to spend much time exploring Rancho Coronado (for whatever reason), chances are you did not get the opportunity to do this mission. It is super easy to miss, in all honesty, because you have to look for a very specific laptop in Rancho Coronado to trigger it. Upon doing so, you will have to go look for a man named James. He will ask you to go find his girlfriend named Josie. Follow through this story to get yourself a brand new Nazare Itsumade, one of the finest bikes to ride around Night City on.

KOLD MIRAGE

To experience this mission for yourself, you will need to have completed Ghost Town first. You will have to go out of your way for this one, though, as you’re required to trudge through the massive trash pile by the highway. Once you find a fridge giving you a prompt, go ahead and trigger the mission. You will discover a mysterious cyberdeck that will need to be shown to Nix first. Trust us when we say your efforts in finishing this mission will be well rewarded.

Spellbound

Funny thing about this is that if you missed Kold Mirage, then you absolutely missed this one. The reason is because Spellbound is only unlocked by completing Kold Mirage. So, we won’t spoil anything here. Just know that it is worth doing this one if you’re going for a Netrunner/hacking build.

Feed Teh Cat

There isn’t much to do for this mission. All you need to do is look for a cat outside of your apartment, specifically the first apartment you get after the prologue. Meet Nibbles! He’s just a poor kitty who is starving and could use a new home. Find a store that sells cat food, buy a bag, and go fill his bowl. A few hours later, Nibbles will appear and be available for you to adopt! Go give the good boy a new home!
