Who’s ready for another saucy student/teacher love story?! Given the hilarity and enjoyment found in recent shows like Domestic Girlfriend, the genre of naughty teacher meets unprepared adolescent seems to be on the rise. And from the looks of things, that’s not going to be the only thing on the rise given Ichirou and Ms Kojima’s blossoming relationship. Bring on the love triangles, love rivals and genuine love between two people whose idea of detention just happens to be a lot messier than most.

Did someone say Isekai? Because we have another Isekai, and from the looks of it we’re getting a lighthearted jaunt through a world of magic and mayhem. After being reincarnated into said world and raised by one of its most powerful sorcerers, Shin looks set up to be one of the most magically gifted teens in all the land. Save for the fact he’s lacking any kind of common sense. It might sound tropey as all hell, but hopefully Shin’s off the wall nature and some solid comedy can really sell it.

Looked over by Cowboy Bebop director Shinichiro Watanabe, this musically charged tale of friendship not only comes equipped with stunning visuals, but also two lovely leads who come from two totally different walks of life. Divided by class yet equally driven by their love for their respective instruments, something tells us that both Carole and Tuesday’s journey to make an impact on Mars’ music scene is going to be as emotional as it is inspiring. And again, holy red planet is this animation gorgeous!

And here comes another harem! Though we’ll take a guess that this one is set to be relatively wholesome, focusing on a student who finds himself in the crazy position of tutoring his fellow classmates in order to assist them in their failing subjects. The hijinks look hilarious, the cast appears as delightful as they are sparkly, and we can’t wait to see how the tide turns when it comes to the ensuing battle for best girl. Class is well and truly in session.

Overlord, Re;Zero, Konosuba and The Saga of Tanya the Evil, all joining forces in a chibi-style crossover? And they say Infinity Wars was the most ambitious cross-over event in history. While it probably won’t go beyond mini-skits that sees the casts falling into all kinds of awkward interactions, it’ll be great to see so many amazing characters all in one place. Maybe Subaru and Kazuma care share their frequent death experiences. Ainz Ooal Gown and Tanya can compare notes on world domination. And of course Megumin and Rem can discuss why they’re obviously best girls. Bring on the madness.

The idea of a young swordsman slaughtering demons while trying to find a way to save his sister’s humanity sounds like a great time, but we can’t deny one of the main reasons we’re psyched for this series is the fact its being brought to us by Ufotable. Just a casual peek at their work on the Fate-verse should give you an idea on just how mesmerizing their action scenes can be. Considering the amount of demons that Tanjirou has to kill, we’re expecting copious amounts of top tier battles!

After more than 17 years everyone’s favorite supernatural slice of life romance is back! Set to adapt the entirety of Natsuki Takaya’s acclaimed manga, Toru Honda’s newfound life and interactions with the cursed Soma family looks be as visually impressive as it is emotionally poignant. Here’s hoping that Toru and Kyo’s romantic highs and lows manage to enthral both veterans and newcomers alike. Who said that cats are unlucky?

That’s right, the Armed Detective Agency and Port Mafia are back, and from the looks of things, it’s about to go down. After the incredible second season and the Dead Apple movie, Atsushi and the rest of his fellow Gifted find themselves facing off against new threats and foreign foes that seek to break them apart for good. Hopefully we can look forward to way more of Dazai’s oddly endearing suicidal tendencies, Atsushi crying about being a tiger again, and Akutagawa being the biggest edgelord this side of Yokohama. If you haven’t watched the rest of the show now is the time to catch up – there’s a reason its so popular in Japan!

Eren has flubbed up, the Titan Shifters are ready for a rematch, Levi is pissed and everything is on fire. Yep, this is going to be amazing. Following on from the Survey Corp’s masterful and hard-fought victory over the corrupted monarchy, things are all set up for our favourite group of survivors to take on the wrath of the Beast Titan and his twisted machinations. Will humanity once again come out on top? Or is this new direction they’ve found themselves on leading right to their doom? Either way, bodies are going to undoubtedly hit the floor.

We’ve waited, and waited, and waited, and waited some more. Now we’re finally here. Time to show us what you can do Saitama! While some might be a little concerned due to Madhouse handing over the show’s reigns to JC Staff, we’re sure that the characters’ charm and ludicrous superhero confrontations will manage to live up to the legacy of the first season. Here’s hoping that best boy Genos will inch closer to getting his revenge, that we meet a cascade of ever-increasingly huge monsters for Saitama to pummel, and that new character Garou steals the show.
