These are the Marvelous Mrs. Maisel outfits we want! For this list, we'll be looking at our favorite of Midge's style moments on the show. Our countdown includes her Paris arrival outfit, yellow Catskills dress, boating outfit, and more!

It would be totally acceptable to watch this show for the fashion. Welcome to MsMojo, and today we’ll be counting down our picks for the Top 10 Marvelous Mrs. Maisel Outfits We Want.

For this list, we’ll be looking at our favorite of Midge’s style moments on the show.

#10: Checkered Driving Outfit
“Midnight at the Concord”

Midge’s formal looks may get the most attention, but some of her more “casual” outfits deserve accolades as well. In the second season episode “Midnight at the Concord”, Midge goes on a drive with Benjamin and wears a fetching black and white checkered outfit with pink accents. Her jacket, which features statement buttons, matches perfectly with her shorts, which must have been pretty daring at the time. Her shoes, head scarf and button down shirt are all the same precious shade of pink. Obviously, even her luggage is adorable!

#9: Apollo Performance Outfit
“A Jewish Girl Walks into the Apollo...”

At the end of the show’s third season, Midge has a major performance lined up, at the Apollo theatre in Harlem. It’s a room where people typically dress to the nines, so Midge’s outfit had to be a real standout. The show’s costume designer, Donna Zakowska, said, "The Apollo dress was a bit of a challenge, but we really wanted a wow moment for that.” Their final design was a bright pink tea length dress that featured embellishments in an apron style, with an oversized bow dominating the design.

#8: Paris Arrival Outfit
“Simone”

In the first episode of the show’s second season, Midge headed to Paris to see her mother and we knew we’d be in for some amazing jetset fashion. We were impressed from Midge’s first look, which she wears when she arrives in the city of lights. It features a raspberry hued coat and a pink plaid hat and matching gloves. Donna Zakowska put considerable thought into the ensemble, commenting: “Midge has never traveled, she’s in her little plaid outfit...it was like her romantic vision of like what a stewardess would look like when she'd get off a plane."

#7: Yellow Catskills Dress
“We're Going to the Catskills!”

Every summer, the Weissmans spend two months at Steiner's Resort in the Catskills, which presents a whole new slate of fashion opportunities for Midge. Her vacation style is pitch perfect, with slightly more casual, slightly more pastel-hued versions of her New York outfits. When she arrives at the mountain resort she wears a sweet yellow floral print dress that’s as sunny as her disposition. Of course, all of her accessories are also in shades of the same color. Her bright red lipstick adds an extra pop to the look!

#6: Hunter Green Dress
“Pilot”

The show’s pilot manages to pack in a ton of incredible fashion (they had to get us hooked after all), and this dress from the end of the episode was a true standout. When Midge goes to bail Lenny Bruce out of jail, she looks prim and proper despite the fact that she herself was arrested shortly before. Her hunter green dress flares out from the waist creating an ultra flattering silhouette, and her gloves and hat work to complete the look. We wish we could look this good any day, let alone after being released from a cell!

#5: Ping Pong Outfit
“We're Going to the Catskills!”

Midge wore so many great outfits in the Catskills that there’s no way we could give them just a single entry. Almost everything she wore was a major departure from what the audience is used to seeing her in while she’s in the city. In a scene where she plays ping pong, she wears a green checkered halter top paired with a wide yellow belt and kelly green shorts. The show’s costume designer said that she loved creating these variations of casual fifties wear, adding: “A lot of the casual fifties wear I really enjoyed doing because I hadn’t seen a lot of the silhouettes.”

#4: Red Yom Kippur Dress
"Ya Shivu v Bolshom Dome Na Kholme"

Sometimes an occasion calls for a knockout dress that’ll cause your husband to regret every bad decision he’s ever made - and this one was of them. In the show’s second episode, Midge wears this show-stopping red dress at her mother’s insistence ... and even if their dinner is a disaster, Midge’s outfit still stands out. The crimson-hued dress features a classic late ‘50s silhouette, with a belted wasp waist and unique cut out neckline. With Midge’s alabaster skin and dark locks, the look is simply to die for.

#3: Pink on Pink Outfit
“Pilot”

In the very first scene of the very first episode of the show, Midge goes to the butcher in an outfit that we could only dream of doing our errands in. This is our intro to “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel” and to Midge herself, and it shows off her fashion sense as it is before her life gets turned upside down. It also lets us in on her personality, and the fact that she’s not reluctant to be the center of attention. With the entire outfit existing in various shades of pink, it never ceases to make us smile.

#2: Boating Outfit
“We're Going to the Catskills!”

We just couldn’t resist fitting in one more Catskills outfit before the list was through. While out boating with Benjamin, Midge wears an ensemble that is unique to the era, and was a playful take on casualwear. The show’s designer claims that this is one of her favorite outfits that Midge wears, saying of the design, “That was actually something that wasn’t popular, but Claire McCardell and a lot of American designers made these dresses that opened and had shorts underneath. It was the beginning of sports attitude toward women’s clothing.” Add in the hat with hand-painted butterflies, and we couldn’t be more charmed.

Before we unveil our top pick, here are a few honorable mentions.

Color Block Top & Shorts
"Mrs. X at the Gaslight"

Teal Dress & Matching Hat
"Put That On Your Plate!"

Swimming Costume
"It's Comedy or Cabbage"

Lenny Bruce Date Outfit
"It's Comedy or Cabbage"

Legal Meeting Dress
"Because You Left"

#1: Black Performance Dress
"Thank You and Good Night"

In the first season finale, Midge gets all dolled up for her big performance at the Gaslight after she’s been blacklisted from all the other places in town. She dresses the part of an Upper West Side housewife, in a black satin dress with cute bow embellishments and an elegant double string of pearls. The outfit is completed with elbow length gloves. What makes this look so great is that her appearance is in stark juxtaposition to the monologue she unleashes on the audience, giving us a TV character unlike any we’ve seen before.
