You may know her as Harley Quinn, but there's a lot more to Margot Robbie than you may know! Did you know that she's an amateur tattoo artist? In 2014, Robbie was officially cast as Harley Quinn in “Suicide Squad.” Since her character was littered with tattoos, it isn't surprising that Robbie is something of an amateur tattoo artist. Robbie even brought her own tattoo gun onto the “Suicide Squad” set and decided to show off her skills.

While he may have met his future wife Vanessa Nadal while attending Hunter College High School that was not where they fell in love. It wasn’t until years later that he summoned the courage to invite her to a show he was putting on. Less than a month later the two were dating and in 2010 they made it official. They welcomed a child to the family in 2014.

A big reason for the shows success was the music and lyrics provided by Lin-Manuel Miranda. Working alongside veteran songwriters Tom Kitt and Amanda Green, Miranda helped craft one of the most exciting musicals of the year. It’s a fact that didn’t go unnoticed in the theater world, as proven by the Best Musical nomination it received at the 2013 TONY Awards.

Having composed the scores for such classic films as “The Little Mermaid”, “Beauty and the Beast” and “Aladdin”, Oscar-winner Alan Menken is what you would call “a legend”. When Miranda was in the fourth grade he was apparently obsessed with “The Little Mermaid”, and he just so happened to be in the same class as Menken’s niece Jenny. As the story goes, he would constantly bug her for her Uncle Alan’s autograph. One day Miranda’s wish came true, however Menken decided to have some fun with the kid and wrote “'To Lin, From Alan. Stop kissing Jenny's feet.” It looks like it’s all water under the bridge now though (Digital #Ham4Ham).

Lin-Manuel Miranda’s defining work is all about politics. “Hamilton” is a hip-hop infused musical about Alexander Hamilton, one of America’s Founding Fathers and an important historical figure. You don’t create that sort of stage production unless you’re big into politics and entertainment. So perhaps it’s not surprising to hear that he’s massive fan of the NBC political drama “The West Wing”. To say Miranda likes the show would be an understatement… he LOVES it! #1: He Got the Gig to Write Music for “Moana” Before “Hamilton” Became Popular

Let’s take a trip down memory lane shall we? While on vacation in 2008 Miranda read a biography about Alexander Hamilton and wrote a rap about him. By 2012 he had started writing songs for what was to become a full-fledged play, though they were still incomplete. In 2014 Disney hired him to write songs for their upcoming film “Moana”. In 2015 “Hamilton” premiered off-Broadway to rave reviews and later that year made its Broadway debut. So as you can clearly see, Disney hired Miranda before he became a household name. Clearly, industry insiders recognised his talent long before the rest of the world.
