Hail to the King. Welcome to Watch The Walking Dead, the weekly show where we look at the most fun and interesting moments, references and easter-eggs in the newest episode of AMC's The Walking Dead. For this episode we decided to do something a little different, and explore fan theories that were given fuel in Season 8 Episode 4, "Some Guy". #3 Carol and Ezekiel Will Become a Couple Minor comic book spoilers ahead... Ok so in The Walking Dead comic book, Ezekiel and Michonne form a romantic relationship, which becomes an important part of Ezekiel's character arc. Because of her relationship status with Rick in the TV series, it is unlikely that Michonne will end up with Ezekiel. Instead, the show has been spending a lot of time fostering Ezekiel's relationship with Carol and the two have always had respect and understanding for each other. "Some Guy" has upgraded their relationship to dependancy, and we think romance is in the cards for them in the near future. #2 Zombie Tiger Come on, you knew the tiger wasn't going to last. CGI is expensive and Shiva looked pretty good all things considered. So her death, while devastating for all of us, especially cat lovers, was to be expected. We don't think this is the last audiences will see of Ezekiel's companion however, as bringing her back as a zombie tiger would add a new threat, unseen in the comic books, to the TV series. Because we don't see what happens to the body after it gets swarmed by zombies could mean something really frightening is on the way. Before we get to our top theory, here are some of the best lines from this week’s episode: "Dude, yes I do!" "I've got your pal's ammo" "I ain't no King. I'm just some guy" #1 Negan and Gabriel The fact that we still haven't seen Negan and Gabriel in three episodes really makes us think that these two are in cahoots. The Gabriel is a traitor theory goes back to season 7, when Gabriel was seen stealing away into the night, and later turns up with the Heapsters, the scavenger faction that allies themselves with Rick but then turns out to be working for Negan. The last time we saw Gabriel, at the very beginning of season 8, he was trapped in a trailer with Negan, and while armed and prepared for a fight, Gabriel didn't pull the trigger and just kill Negan then and there. The fact that this cliffhanger hasn't been resolved after three episodes makes us think they are saving the Gabriel is a traitor reveal for the mid season finale.
