We can’t ignore their skills, though, as they both are able to learn new moves and techniques at the drop of a hat. Wouldn’t you fall for someone who was smart enough to solve crimes, agile enough to dodge explosions, and able to control demonic beings from another plane of existence? Well, the demon part might be a bit much, but still!

"The Outer Worlds" (2019)

"The Outer Worlds" houses an interesting cast of companions for you to recruit. However, we find our hearts coming back to the doctor-turned-pirate, Ellie Fenhill. Lenient and relaxed, Ellie is the kind of companion that isn't going to judge you for every little thing you do, even if you do commit cold-blooded murder. All this woman wants is some excitement injected into her life, something to spice things up! What better way to show this woman a good time than taking her along for the ride to let her blast a few Marauders? Just remember - no matter what happens, “you just keep being you!”

“River City Girls” (2019)

There is nothing wrong with having a little attitude, but if you want sass, backtalk, and fists, Kyoko and Misako are your matches made in heaven. While the heroines of “River City Girls” can be intimidating (what with their spiked knuckles and metal bat), these two will always have your back and aren’t afraid to take on powerful foes to save their boyfriends. It's also worth mentioning that Kyoko and Misako come from the toughest school in the world - River City High, where the schoolyard can quickly turn into an arena. If they can survive a school like that, they’ve got to be tough as nails!

“Dead or Alive 6” (2019)

When we first booted up “Dead Or Alive 6”, we immediately thought, “Damn, why is everyone here so hot??” That especially goes with one of the franchise’s newest additions, Diego. An expert in street brawling, Diego is one of those hot-headed guys you can’t help being around. The man boasts a form of confidence that doesn’t come off as arrogant or obnoxious, talking smack to anyone who dares question his skill. Ladies, if you like a guy fueled with determination and likes to challenge himself, this New Yorker is for you!

“Fire Emblem: Three Houses” (2019)

Alright, we can understand why some of you may not have chosen to romance Dorothea. She may have the personality of a diva at times, but she can be absolutely ravishing. As if her wavy hair and sense of fashion didn’t make her stunning already, Dorothea has proven to be a perfect match for music-lovers. Come on, you gotta admire her singing abilities and passion behind opera. Yes, it can get annoying in those moments where it doesn’t seem like she knows what she wants or seems a tad bit obsessed with chasing guys, but Dorothea had enough redeeming qualities to make us want Byleth to propose.

“Devil May Cry 5” (2019)

We know what you’re thinking - “Why are they choosing Dante over Nico!?” Look, we love Nico, too! She’s got a great personality, and she’s super cute! How can we NOT choose her? Well, here’s the thing - Dante just will not stop being so freakin’ sexy! Compared to his younger, bad boy self in past games, you’d think Dante would lose some appeal in his later years. On the contrary, he’s even more attractive. That chiseled chin, the scruffy beard, the devilishly wicked smirk… And how could we forget that luscious silver hair?

“Mortal Kombat 11” (2019)

Some fans prefer the elegantly lethal Kitana. Others have a questionable attraction to walking dental nightmare Mileena. However, the true Queen of “Mortal Kombat” has to be Jade, especially after her outing in “Mortal Kombat 11”. Her eyes have never been more stunning, and her voice is as beautiful as her wardrobe. What made Jade really stand out from the cast was when we learned of her relationship with Kotal Kahn. These moments showed a side of Jade we had not seen in past “Mortal Kombat” titles - a side that was flirty, romantic, and all too sweet. Kotal is one lucky man!

“Dead Or Alive 6” (2019)

Now, this is a surprise, isn’t it? Why didn’t “Dead Or Alive’s” leading lady make it on here? Well, Kasumi hasn’t really done much to change her appearance between now and “Dead Or Alive 5”. Our purple-haired beauty Ayane, on the other hand, has shown an improvement in her fashion sense. While she still retains some of her outfits from previous games, Ayane’s new default costume makes her look like a bonafide badass! Gone is the typical shinobi garb, and in its place is some armor plating, leggings, and heels with butterfly wings. Plus, the hoodie really brings out the purple in her eyes!

“Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night” (2019)

We’re starting to get the feeling that 2019 was the year of the brooding heroes. First the Akira twins, then Dante, and Ayane… Now, we have the hauntingly beautiful Miriam, a young lady who bears demonic powers thanks to the crystals embedded in her skin. As if the mystical tattooes didn’t make her attractive enough, we can’t help admiring Miriam for the same reasons as Kyoko and Misako. Miriam manages to slaughter any demons she encounters with the bevy of weapons at her disposal, and she can do it in style! The troubled past may make her too serious, but her wardrobe and combat prowess will make you fall for her.

This was so hard to choose… We absolutely adore Claire, and seeing her in the “Resident Evil 2” remake was like falling in love all over again. Unfortunately, we have to give the top spot to Leon. For years, Leon has been the dreamboat of the entire franchise thanks to his smooth, silky hair and handsome face. Sure, he’s kind of an idiot throughout most of the game, but a turn to the camera and a cheesy one-liner makes us forget all the stupid things he’s said. And that’s plenty of reason to name Leon S. Kennedy the sexiest video game character of 2019.
