Top 10 Best Alexis Rose Outfits
#10: Color-Blocked, Floral Dress
“New Car”
While this episode mainly focuses on Johnny and Moira purchasing a car for the family, and David helping Stevie out as she deals with the death of her great aunt, Alexis’ outfits still stand out. Specifically, this stunning dress with a variety of floral patterns and colors. To finish the look off, she pairs it perfectly with her signature sun hat and later with strappy black booties. While this is far from the first time that we see her sporting a flowery ensemble, this one is especially stunning and flattering. It is somehow dressy, yet casual and fun at the same time - just like Alexis.
#9: Her “Not-a-Wedding-Dress” Dress
“Happy Ending”
Several hijinks ensue on the day of David and Patrick’s wedding, but one of the funniest problems they face is the fact that Alexis is most definitely wearing a wedding dress without realizing it. To top it all off, she’s giving David away at the ceremony, and they realize they are going to look like a married couple walking down the aisle. Regardless, she looks stunning in this sleek, silk white dress with a plunging neckline and an open back. Even though we never got to see Alexis get married during the show's run, seeing her in this dress was the next best thing.
#8: Black Dress with Bow Shoulders
“Surprise Party”
While a more demure look isn’t typical for Alexis, we can’t deny that this little black dress makes up one of her best outfits. When the Rose family throws a not-so-surprise party for Moira, Alexis gets all dressed up for the occasion, and we’re not surprised that Mutt likes it just as much as we do. Alexis reveals that she wore this LBD to prom, and it brought her luck that night so she wanted to wear it again to see if she would find the same fate. We think that we’re the lucky ones getting to see this adorably sleek look featuring accented bows on the shoulders with a gold and black headband - an accessory that pulls the whole ensemble together. We were more than happy to see it again in the series finale - this time on Twyla, after Alexis had given it to her.
#7: White Fringe Maxi Dress
“Happy Anniversary”
The season 2 finale brings us some of the most heartfelt moments of the show. At Mutt’s barn party, the Roses all express their love for each other while they dance with their friends. Everyone is looking their best in this episode, but Alexis’s look stands out in contrast to her family’s darker attire. Her floor-length white dress has long fringes at the bottom with an open back, and her simple beauty shines through as she pairs the look with dainty gold jewelry and a half-up hairdo. There’s a lot to love about this scene, from the music to David begrudgingly admitting that he loves his family. The outfits are just as loveable, as we see Alexis at her best with this sleek, simple look.
#6: Gold Metallic Dress
“Rebound”
After Ted and Alexis decide to amicably split up, it isn’t long until Alexis is back on the prowl. On her hunt for love, she finds Artie, and we know it’s slim pickings in a town the size of Schitt’s Creek, but these two definitely don’t seem like a good match. He is around the same age as her dad and has grandchildren, for one thing. Despite this, Alexis - or, should we say, Lexi - still decides to get all dressed up for a night on the town with him. She sports this gorgeous metallic gold dress with silver details, and the entire outfit looks stunning on her. It’s just too bad she wasted it on a guy who didn’t even call her by the right name.
#5: Blue Off-The Shoulder Dress
“The Roast”
In this season 5 episode, the residents of Schitt’s Creek get together to roast their mayor, Roland, and the episode ends with the Rose family roasting each other as well. But, no one could dare insult or make fun of Alexis’ iconic look in this episode. This dainty, light blue dress has little white details, with open, ruffled shoulders and a halter neckline. Alexis has her hair pulled back into a sleek bun, so all of our attention is drawn to this adorable little dress. Everything about this look screams Alexis, from the delicate design to the balloon sleeves, and this is a perfect example of the boho chic looks that Alexis is known for.
#4: Metallic, One Shoulder Dress
“The Jazzaguy”
What are the odds that the only two vets in Schitt’s Creek are complete studs and Alexis gets a shot at both of them? We love that journey for her. She meets up with Ted’s rival, Miguel, in this shimmery, metallic, one-shoulder dress with ruffle details down the side. As per usual, she is a little overdressed for the quaint town she calls home, but she pulls it off as only Alexis can. The date doesn’t quite go the way she plans, as Miguel runs out on the date that she was unsure about to begin with. But, we are certain that this iconic look made him think twice about what he was leaving behind.
#3: Striped, Metallic Crop Top & Matching Skirt
“The Premiere” [aka “Crows Premiere”]
While she’s pitching her ideas for marketing her mother’s movie premiere, she is wearing a super cute crop top that ties in the front, with a long, matching skirt. The color and design on this outfit are to die for, and the glittery gold, brown, blue, and pink stripes give us major springtime vibes. Alexis has a lot of great looks with metallic details, particularly in this episode, as her draped, gold dress that she wears to the premiere is also very memorable. But, it is her look in the first scene of the episode that stands out as one of her best.
#2: Pale Pink Dress
“The Presidential Suite”
In this heartbreaking episode, Ted and Alexis realize that they are moving on with their careers at a quick pace, and their relationship can’t keep up. After Ted gets a long-term job offer in the Galapagos, Alexis invites him to meet up with her to discuss whether or not he should take his dream job. They come to the agreement that long distance won’t work for them, and Alexis chose quite an outfit in which to end the relationship. She shows up to the Cafe Tropical wearing a beautifully simply pale, pink wrap dress. She styles it with her signature “A” necklace, and although this moment will be remembered as one of the show's saddest, this outfit will be remembered as one of her most stunning.

#1: Pink Velvet Dress & Thigh High Boots
“The Hospies”
How can anyone think about Alexis without thinking about this iconic theme song? During her audition for Cabaret, Alexis shows off her dancing and vocal chops. Even though the audition was a little off, her outfit was very on point. She struts around in a pink, velvet, babydoll dress with thigh high suede boots and a long, statement necklace, and the whole look embodies the boho chic style she’s come to be associated with. Alexis has a lot of memorable outfits in this episode, like her striped, silver metallic skirt that she pairs with a white cropped top, but it’s only fitting that her best outfit is the one she wears in arguably her most famous scene.
